Timber and panel
Solid timber, veneer and panel stock inspected against approved samples before it enters the line.

Veneer work
Stitching on our Kuper line and splicing on Casati equipment, so grain runs continuously across a piece.

Pressing and lamination
Hot and cold presses, membrane wrapping for PVC finishes, and a dedicated lamination press for veneered panels.

Edging and finishing
Biesse, Hold and Sprint edgebanders, drum sanding, and spray finishing across four booths.
