Our 300,000 sqft factory sits at Al Ghayl, Ras Al Khaimah — the production base for every project in this portfolio, including work delivered to Dubai, Fujairah and Saudi Arabia. As Ras Al Khaimah’s own hospitality, villa and residential development accelerates, being based here means shorter lead times and direct factory access for projects built in the emirate.
